Share for Social was built to easily collect user-generated photos and videos taken at your business, organization, or event. Content that would be amazing to use on the social feeds you manage, or event websites you prepare—if only you could get the photos and videos from the user's phone to you, hassle free! Well now you can, and we’ve made it easy peasy.
Share for Social is here to ease the burden of capturing enough content to post regularly on your social channels and create a library of images and videos that live at your fingertips—there when you need them, all for you!
How does this it work?
Users share. You collect.
Easy as 1-2-3
Step 1
You give your users a unique QR code to scan with their device. They scan it and are automatically greeted with a super clean, intuitive interface.
Step 2
They click on the “start sharing” button and that brings up a choice to either take a photo or select images from their photo library. Select multiple photos or videos to upload them all at once.
Step 3
They click “Done” and the photos/videos that were selected have been uploaded into the backend collection folders.
Collection management features
Collections? You heard that right, no sifting through loads of photos and spending time organizing them, they go in organized.
Login to your Collection Management page, and all the uploaded images are there for you to use. You can browse them by date, search for individual images by keyword, or filter by subsets you've defined for your collection. You can batch delete and batch download them for editing before posting to Instagram or creating publicity materials.
ShareForSocial prioritizes the privacy and security of users' photos. Only Social Media Managers for the event have direct access to your uploaded photos, unless explicitly published in a public gallery. All images will be credited wherever possible.
Easy management
All the uploaded photos in one place, in chronological order, and searchable. Click to select, and download a batch ZIP file.
Collection subsets
Break your collection down into subsets, e.g. one for each stylist in your salon, each vendor at your farmers' market, or each booth at your convention. Social media managers can filter the collection by subset, making it easier to narrow the search.
Automatic keyword tagging
Share for Social uses AI to analyze each photo uploaded and generates keywords describe its contents, making searching a breeze!
